DaVaN's Climate

DaVaN's weather is based on being warm and dry. During winter, the temperature might decrease to as low as zero degrees celcius; and during summer the temperature might increase to as high as 45 degrees celcius. Because of the dry weather of DaVaN, humidity varies in a range from 20 to 25 percent during the four sessions, and because of that it has a low yearly precepetation. Davanis believe that if wind moves the clouds toward west then those clouds are rainy clouds. On another hand, if wind moves the clouds toward north then those clouds are not rainy. During the year, four different winds blow on DaVaN and Davanis gave a name to every one of them:

Rashneh:
Blows from the north-eastern mountains during winter. Davanis believe that if this wind blows then it's a sign for a rainy winter for that year.

Pook:
Blows from north in begining of winter. It hits the trees in north DaVaN and it destroys the fruit of those trees.

Payeez:
Blows in fall and because of it all the leaves of the trees fall.

Gol:
Blows in spring.
